    i am having high bp, controlled by taking three different types of bp medicines morning and evening. ie three tablets morning and evening. now after doing pranayam ( kapal bhati for 20 mints, and anuloma viloma pranayam for 1/2 an hour morning and evening for the last 3 months , my requirements of medicine have come down to 2 and 1/2 tablets once in the evening. the way it is improving i may not need any medicines at all in the near future. my age is 61yrs. i had high bp for the last 20 yrs.
